Oppo Reno4: The first render of the front is leaking

As we learned a few days ago, the Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro will be officially presented on June 5 in China. In recent weeks, several leaks from the Asian country have confirmed to us some of the specifications that we will find on the two devices, while there are still doubts regarding the design.

We refer in particular to the design of the front part, as the back has already been shown in several reports. Well, today we are going to see just that thanks to a new leak just received.

The famous Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station has in fact released what he thinks is a screen image of the next Oppo Reno4. This image shows us a device with fairly thin top and side edges, although the bottom one seems thick enough for a 2020 device. While inside the display we find two cameras in a pillar hole in the upper left. The two cameras are expected to have 32MP and 2MP resolutions, with the second one serving as a depth sensor for taking photos with the bokeh effect.

The photo also confirms, once again, the design of the back, with three cameras in total. So a slight step back from the typical four that we find on many recently produced smartphones. These should include (on the Pro version) a 48MP primary, a 13MP secondary with an ultra wide lens and a third with 12MP resolution and a telephoto lens. The basic version will instead adopt an 8MP secondary and a 2MP depth sensor.

In the previous weeks we learned that both the Oppo Reno4 and the Reno4 Pro will be two 5G devices powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. Furthermore, several rumors suggest that the Reno4 Pro will adopt a 6,55-inch screen with curved edges; while the Reno4 will have a 6,43-inch display and will be covered with 3,5D glass.

Both smartphones of the Reno4 series will support a 65 W fast charge and will be equipped with 4.000mAh batteries. As for memory we will have 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage; with the Pro that will be configurable with a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of memory.
