A device that has gone into oblivion, due to the shadow cast on him by Oppo Find X2 Pro, is theOppo Reno Ace 2. We talked about him different time ago but since the cousin, heir of the slider phone, made its appearance in the first leaks we have not seen the shadow of it anymore. At least until today: in fact this device, which we will discuss over and over again considering the importance it has, has made its first appearance in a live photo. This shot started from China and, considering the sources, it should be quite truthful. Let's see together what the new Rhine tells us.
Oppo Reno Ace 2 makes its first appearance in a photo leak: from its a round rear photographic compartment
In "technical" jargon, i Round rear photographic compartments are called Oreo: this is because they recall, at first glance, the famous American mix. We have seen several devices of this type but never Oppo smartphones: one of the first to bring this design was OnePlus, Followed by Redmi with the new one Redmi K30 Pro which will come out in poco.
Contrary to what one might think, this live photography tells us a lot about Oppo Reno Ace 2. First, of course, the rear photographic sector is characterized by a raised round, in which four sensors are housed. Secondly, contrary to the Find X2 Pro, the logo is written horizontally in the center of the body instead of vertically to the side. The presence of the gods is very striking curved edges: there are those who love them and those who hate them, mainly for the inconvenience inuse of gestures. Unfortunately, the non-affectionate will have to make us call it since this trait will be increasingly present on high-end smartphones.
One of the reasons why top-of-the-range devices have curved edges is that they weigh more than the average. If the weight is greater, giving it non-round edges would mean putting a nice brick in your pocket and this is not good for a brand image.
Continuing with the features that we see in the shot, you can see them two speakers at the bottom, at the center of which we find a type-C connection. Perhaps we exaggerate to say it but, given the length, we feel we can say that the Oppo Reno Ace 2's form factor will be 20: 9 and not 19: 9. This means that the display will have one diagonal at least 6.2 ".
Ultimately this Oppo Reno Ace 2 will have an elegant soul given the design, without however disdaining the aggressiveness that we have also seen in the Reno Ace Gundam Edition. Corridor rumors announce it for the next month. We don't know anything about the specifications: we can only imagine that it will integrate the Oppo 30W Wireless VOOC Flash Charge.
