OPPO is particularly appreciated for its high-end devices, but the popularity for the various OEMs derives from what they manage to perform in the mid-market segment, considering that the proposals on the market often and willingly do not at all regret the top-of-the-range brothers . And so in the climb to acquire new market shares, the Chinese company decided to attack the market with the new OPPO Reno 3A, a device that was already rumored in April even if the company had never confirmed its existence.
Reno 3A adopts a design that is very reminiscent of other devices of the same group, with a rear photographic module positioned vertically on the left side of the body made of glass while on the front we find the now usual drop notch. Distinctive feature of the mass is that OPPO Reno 3A enjoys IP68 certification.
In addition, the fingerprint sensor is not positioned on the rear but inserted only on the screen, an AMOLED unit with Full HD + resolution that covers 89,9% of the available surface. Frames not properly optimized but much better than many solutions proposed by competitors.
On the hardware level we find the "old" but tested and performing Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, chipset that brought glory like Redmi Note 8 to glory. Excellent features but perhaps 330 euros are definitely too much even for the quality of OPPO considering that at half the price we find the Redmi Note 8 / 8T.
