The conflict between Chinese smartphone manufacturers is escalating more and more with fast charging. We are particularly hurt by the Oppo and Xiaomi brands that both seem willing to bring the fastest charging technology on the market.
Oppo Find X2: 2K + screen at 120Hz and recharge at 65W confirmed by the vice president
Here then is that after the appearance of a leak concerning the reload speed on the next Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro leaked today, which would settle at 66W, Oppo wants to remind us that she too is capable of bringing something equally performing.
This was stated by Oppo's vice president, Shen Yiren, on the famous Chinese social network Weibo. Shen Yiren would have said that the Oppo Find X2 will be equipped with 65W SuperVOOC Super Flash Charging charging technology, which is the fastest technology currently on the market already present on the Oppo reno ace presented a few months ago. So the next flagship of the Chinese brand will be able to assert itself from that point of view, even if with 1 Watt less power.
But it does not end there, because Yiren has also confirmed that the Oppo Find X2 will be equipped with a 2K + resolution screen. A slightly higher resolution than the Xiaomi device which instead should adopt a Full HD + display. While as regards the refresh rate, here we will see a "draw" between the two companies, with both flagships adopting a screen with a maximum frequency of 120Hz.
As for the other features that we will find on board the Find X2. The smartphone will arrive with the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 as a processor, coupled with at least 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.0 internal memory. Finally, we will have support for the next generation 5G network thanks to the Snapdragon X55 dual mode NSA and SA modem.
The Oppo Find X2 could be presented at the next MWC 2020 starting on February 24 2020.
